**COVID-19 Coronavirus update 13th March 2020**
If you have COUGH, SORE THROAT or FEVER STAY AT HOME for 7 days DO NOT COME TO THE GP SURGERY or go to a pharmacy or hospital. DO NOT CONTACT 111 to tell them you're staying at home. Follow Government advice www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19
DO NOT CALL THE GP If you cannot cope at home, or you get worse, or you are not better after 7 days USE ONLINE 111 https://111.nhs.uk/covid-19/ or CALL 111.
If you have had DIRECT CONTACT with someone positive with the virus SELF-ISOLATE yourself for 14 day.
DO NOT COME TO THE GP WITHOUT BEING ASKED
DO NOT COME TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT- complete an ONLINE CONSULTATION via https://wembleyparkdrive.webgp.com/ or CALL the practice on 02089036033.
DO NOT COME FOR A PRESCRIPTION – order online, on the phone or with your chemist.
DO NOT COME TO COLLECT PAPERWORK – we can email this to you directly or post it. Speak to reception.
NO advice will be given on your travel/flight amendments please speak to your travel agent,
DO NOT CALL for private medical certificates or “fit to work” notes or sick notes for under 7 days.
BE KIND TO THE STAFF – they will ask you more questions and take extra precautions to ensure you DO NOT have symptoms of Coronavirus, this includes on the phone and in person if you are asked to come in.
DO CALL or DO AN ECONSULTATION if you need medical help for anything else.
